Appointments can be made either in person or by phoning 07 3841 1011 during business hours. 

Online booking for existing patients is available for Dr Sharon Soh, Dr Naomi Richmond, Dr Amanda Kotzur and Dr Isabel Borthwick, via HotDoc . 

​Download the app on your mobile phone to make bookings easier.

​It is important to consider what issues you are hoping to cover during the appointment so we can book the right length appointment for you.

​Only one patient can be seen during a standard consultation.  Please book separate appointments for each family member.  This helps the doctor give each person the time they need.

Appointment reminders
SMS reminders are sent to your mobile phone one business day before your appointment.  Please confirm your appointment by responding to the SMS or calling our reception staff.  Alternatively, our reception staff will phone if SMS is not available.
If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let us know, we may be able to give that time to another patient.

Missed Appointment fees.
Missed appointment fees may be charged if the clinic is not notified within 2 hours of appointment time.
This must be paid before another appointment can be made.

 ‘No Show’ fee of $100 will be charged if you do not attend 3 appointments without giving notice that you cannot attend.
 
This applies to ALL patients regardless of pension status

​Fees and Billing
We have made the decision to trial Bulk Billing for our patients, with the introduction of new government incentives.
We are asking all of our patients to please sign up to MyMedicare so we can take full advantage of these incentives and be able to continue to bulk bill everyone (regardless of age / pension status).

There may be additional fees for some types of consultations / procedures. Speak to your GP for more information.

If there is a charge - you will be charged the full amount on the day of your appointment, and we can process the Medicare rebate immediately. You will need a card with a cheque or saving account to receive your rebate. No cash is used or kept on the premises. 


Bulk Billing now applies to all patients from 1/11/2025.

Non-Medicare eligible services such as employment medicals, commercial driver’s license, Worker's Compensation or medical/insurance reports will attract a fee payable at the time of consultation.

It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure Medicare, Health Care, Aged Pension and Veteran’s Affairs cards are kept current in the practices’ records.  Patient details are verified at each appointment.

After hours fees are handled by Home Doctor Service. (Usually Bulk Billed).

New Patients:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to complete paperwork. You can also download the paperwork to complete at home and bring with you.

​We are currently NOT accepting new patients.

If you have not attended our clinic in the past 5 years, you will be considered a new patient.  Phone the clinic to discuss your options.

Keeping your details up to date
At each visit, it is a Medicare requirement and thus our policy to verify your details including name, DOB, address, Medicare/DVA number, concession cards, next of kin and emergency contacts.

Dr Kym McGregor is in the clinic Monday and Tuesday mornings. 

Dr Kellen Armour is in the clinic on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Dr Isabel Borthwick is in the clinic on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Dr Naomi Richmond is the clinic on Monday and Tuesday

Dr Amanda Kotzur is in the clinic on Monday and Thursday
